By registering an account on Sintra Online, you accept that you have read and will follow all the rules listed below. If you break any of the rules stated below, a punishment will apply which might include:

- Temporary account block

- Permanent account block

- Permanent IP & PC block

- Permanent block for all the accounts associated with your IP and PC

- Permanent/Temporary chat block.

1. Racism 

Racism is no good and the admins might punish you temporarily or permanently upon their own decision and depending on the player's attitude. This rule apply to global chat only. If someone is bothering you in DM chat, simply block his DM.

-First Offense: 24 hours ban

-Second Offense: 3 days ban

-Third Offense: Permanent ban

2. Religions & Believes

Sending globals regarding the beliefs and religions is not allowed even if you are not offending. Religions and beliefs are personal stuff and must be kept out of the public chat. This rule applies to global chat only. If someone is bothering you in DM chat, simply block his DM.

-First Offense: Ban period is dependent on the Admin's Decision.

3. Selling Silk-Items-Accounts

Attempting to sell silk-items-account is strictly forbidden. This also includes exchanging items on other servers.

First Offense:

- Permanent account block

- Permanent IP block

- Permanent HWID (PC) block

- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC).

4. Bug Abuse

Abusing any kind of bug on purpose is strictly forbidden.

-First Offense: Ban period is dependent on the Admin's Decision.

5. Advertisements

Promoting other servers (in any chat) is strictly forbidden.

First Offense:

- Permanent account block

- Permanent IP block

- Permanent HWID (PC) block

- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC).

6. Account Hacking

Hacking into someone else's account and causing any harm on the account will not be tolerated.

First Offense:

- Permanent account block

- Permanent IP block

- Permanent HWID (PC) block

- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC).

7. Illegal Software

Using any kind of software other than the software listed below is strictly forbidden:

-Mbot, Sbot, PHbot, Alchemy/Fuse Tool.

First Offense:

- Permanent account block

- Permanent IP block

- Permanent HWID (PC) block

- Permanent account block for all the accounts associated with your IP and HWID (PC).

8. Provocative Globals

Spreading rumors and/or unconfirmed reports related to the game or service, sending provocative globals, and bullying-flaming the players or Sintra Team members will not be tolerated

First Offense:

- HWID/IP block chat. The ban period is dependent on the Admin's Decision.

9. Inappropriate Use of Bots

Camping on unique spawn points is not allowed. This would only kill the joy and we don't want this to happen.

Bringing more than 1 character at uniques it's forbidden. Let's not be greedy and try to help each other so we can grow :)

-First Offense: Warning

-Second Offense: 3 days ban

-Third Offense: 7 days ban

10. Cheating

Using multi-chars at Capture The Flag and Battle Arena is forbidden.

Dropping the trade goods from an alt-acc or having a friend drop them for you is forbidden.

First Offense: 24 hours ban.

Second Offense: 3 days ban

Third Offense: 7 days ban and your honor buffs will be resetted.

The rules written above might be updated and the new ones may be added. It's player's responsibility to keep up-to-date.
